IT Administrator

We are looking for a versatile, entrepreneurial-minded Junior IT Administrator to join our team as a solo technical lead. This is not just a maintenance role; you will be responsible for building new e-commerce platforms from the ground up and managing the digital advertising that drives their growth. You will work independently to support our existing IT infrastructure while helping us architect and launch new business ventures., * Site Creation: Design, develop, and launch simple, high-converting e-commerce websites (WordPress/WooCommerce or Shopify) for new business initiatives.

• Infrastructure Setup: Handle domain registration, hosting configuration, and DNS management for new projects.
• UX/UI Optimization: Ensure all new sites are mobile-responsive, fast-loading, and optimized for user experience.

2. Digital Advertising & Growth

• Ad Campaign Management: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive traffic to new and existing sites.
• Conversion Tracking: Set up pixels and tracking codes to monitor ad performance and ROI.
• Market Testing: Collaborate on testing new business ideas by launching "landing page" MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) to gauge market interest.

3. Independent IT & Systems Admin

• Solo Management: Act as the sole point of contact for all company IT needs, including hardware troubleshooting and software licensing.
• Security & Maintenance: Manage backups, SSL certificates, and security protocols for all web properties.
• Documentation: Build a technical "playbook" for the business as you develop new systems.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept to launch.
• Web Development: Proven ability to build and customize e-commerce sites (showcasing a portfolio or previous projects is a plus).
• Advertising Experience: Practical knowledge of setting up and optimizing paid search or social ads.
• Problem-Solving: A "figure-it-out" attitude as you must be resourceful in finding technical solutions.
