We're looking for a customer-focused, resourceful, and personable IT Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote support to our clients. *This is an in-office position based in Minneapolis, MN, with occasional travel to client sites as needed. We're looking for someone who enjoys collaborating in person, bouncing ideas off colleagues, and engaging directly with clients., * Providing exceptional onsite and remote IT support for clients

  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Communicating clearly with non-technical users to ensure they feel supported, not just "fixed"
  • Installing, moving, and setting up computer equipment, including occasionally lifting and transporting up to 50 lbs.
  • Staying ahead of the game by learning new tech and improving your skills (we invest in YOU!)
  • Collaborating with a team that values your input, ideas, and expertise

Requirements

  • A people-first IT pro with a minimum of 3 years of IT Support experience, (MSP experience a plus)
  • A proven problem solver with a strong track record of customer satisfaction
  • Confident troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, and core business applications
  • Experienced with operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and networks
  • Certified in CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and/or Microsoft or Cisco certifications
  • A great communicator with a "desk-side manner" that puts clients at ease
  • Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple client needs without breaking a sweat
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, NO DRAMA environment
  • Detail-oriented, systematic, and hungry to learn and grow
  • Physically able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. of computer equipment, You MUST be based in our client's Minneapolis office-sorry, no exceptions.

Valid driver's license & proof of insurance required (some onsite travel)

Ability to work after hours when needed
