The Role You Will Play
As a Manufacturing AI Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of data, production, and technology; developing and deploying AI-driven tools that enhance manufacturing performance.
You will:
- Build and refine AI models that support production scheduling, machine efficiency, and downtime reduction
- Analyze real-time and historical manufacturing data to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities
- Translate shop floor challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions
- Partner closely with production leaders, technicians, and IT to ensure tools are practical, usable, and impactful
- Continuously improve system accuracy, reliability, and performance
- Help shape the long-term roadmap for AI and automation within the operation

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, data analytics, or automation tools
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred
- Ability to interpret operational challenges and translate them into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
