Join the BlueLion team as our Business Systems & Operations Manager and make a meaningful impact on how we work., * Own and optimize core business systems, including Salesforce, Microsoft SharePoint, QuickBooks, and RingCentral, ensuring performance, adoption, and scalability
- Design, implement, and continuously improve workflows and processes to increase efficiency and consistency across the organization
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and data integrity to provide actionable insights which support decision-making
- Lead system onboarding, training, and documentation to ensure team members are confident and effective in using internal tools
- Manage system administration, user access, and vendor coordination to support a seamless and secure technology environment
- Identify operational gaps and proactively implement solutions that enhance productivity, service delivery, and cross-functional alignment
- Support business operations by maintaining systems tied to client delivery, billing, compliance, and internal initiatives
Requirements
3-6+ years of experience in operations or systems administration Hands-on experience with Salesforce (administration, reporting, and workflow automation) Analytical problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-oriented and process improvement mindset Self-starter who takes ownership, builds structure from ambiguity, and translates business needs into scalable system solutions Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and consistent follow-through Able to manage multiple systems and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across teams and stakeholders Skilled at training and supporting teams to confidently use systems and tools
Experienced with various business systems. SharePoint, QuickBooks, and/or RingCentral preferred.

A note about our remote work:
Although we are a remote company, employees must reside in Maine, Massachusetts or New Hampshire and are expected to attend companywide connection days at least four times per year and based on requests.
