Job description

BEPC is seeking a Global LMS Specialist to support global training operations and quality systems within a Learning Management System (LMS) environment. This role is responsible for administering LMS processes, ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), and supporting enterprise-wide training initiatives., * Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) for global users

  • Manage training assignments, records, and compliance tracking
  • Support system upgrades and validation activities to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain and update training matrices and enterprise training materials
  • Upload and manage training documents and content within the LMS
  • Review documentation for accuracy, formatting, and revision control
  • Generate and analyze training compliance reports and system metrics
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues and respond to user support tickets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Support CAPA, non-conformance investigations, and audit readiness
  • Improve LMS processes, reporting, and system workflows
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Systems and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, The ideal candidate has strong LMS administration experience, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, global environment., * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of LMS administration or system support experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team, * Experience with Cornerstone LMS or similar platforms
  • Background in regulated industries (medical device, pharma, etc.)
  • Experience with data reporting and analysis
  • Familiarity with training compliance and audit processes

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid role: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
  • Collaborative, global team environment across multiple time zones, * Bachelor's (Required), * LMS administration or system support: 3 years (Required)
  • Quality Management Systems (QMS): 3 years (Required)
  • ornerstone LMS or similar platforms: 3 years (Preferred)
