Job description
Job Summary: Archon Resources is seeking two experienced Senior Java Developers with strong Agile Product Management capabilities for a contract engagement supporting federal government operations in the Oklahoma City area. These Information Engineer Level IV roles require a technical leader who can drive product vision, translate mission requirements into actionable deliverables, and support enterprise ERP and COTS Warehouse Management Systems within an Agile environment. IFS ERP experience is strongly preferred., * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications using Spring and Hibernate
- Serve as Agile Product Manager, defining product vision, roadmap, and priorities
- Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
- Integrate, extend, and support IFS ERP and COTS Warehouse Management Systems
- Use Git for version control and Jira/Confluence for Agile planning and documentation
- Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to team members
- Apply enterprise-wide disciplines for planning, analysis, design, and construction of information systems
- Perform process and data modeling using manual and automated tools
- Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings as required
Requirements
Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Senior level Java development experience including Spring, Hibernate, REST, and microservices
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile environment
- Hands-on experience with IFS ERP strongly preferred; COTS Warehouse Management Systems required
- Proficiency with Git, Jira, and Confluence
- Strong communication skills with ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience providing daily supervision and direction to staff
