Reporting directly to our CEO, our new IT Support Specialist will be joining our amazing team of 8 talented IT professionals, in our BRAND NEW office located in Fall River, MA.
For our innovative company, this is a critical role. Our IT Support Specialist will be responsible to provide hands-on and remote support to our clients, covering a broad range of IT functions. You'll work directly with clients to resolve issues, manage networks, and support their business goals. This role requires travel to client sites to provide in-person support, and working from our office in a collaborative manner with the team., * Technical Support: Provide remote and onsite support across hardware, software, and networking, tackling a variety of technical issues with a client-first approach.
- Network & Systems Management: Monitor and manage client networks, ensuring security and optimal performance, and perform installations and configurations for desktops, servers, and networking equipment.
- Project Support: Assist with implementing new technologies for clients, adapting to evolving IT environments.
- Documentation: Document all support activities and solutions in our ticketing system for accurate tracking and future reference.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and clients to deliver exceptional, well-rounded IT solutions.
Requirements
- Experienced Level 2 (or higher) IT Support Specialist: You have a track record in MSP roles where you tackled a variety of tasks, not just specialized functions. You understand RMM tools, ticketing systems, and the broader MSP environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong in Windows and macOS, network administration, and cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS). Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP are a plus.
- Problem Solver: Able to think on your feet, communicate clearly, and manage tasks independently.
- On-Call Rotation
- Travel: Most travel will be within MA, CT, and RI. A company vehicle is available.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and crawl into small spaces to adjust or change IT equipment

· Must have a valid drivers license, be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check, * Level II IT Support: 3 years (Required)
- Working for an Managed Service Provider: 2 years (Preferred)
- Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS: 2 years (Required)
- Migrating Active Directory to a new server: 1 year (Required)
- configuring and deploying servers: 2 years (Required)
- Decommissioning old servers: 1 year (Required)
- configuring firewalls or access points: 1 year (Required)
