Must Have Technical/Functional Skill 5+ years building production Node.js/TypeScript services. Strong API design (REST/GraphQL), event-driven architecture (Kafka), PostgreSQL, ORM experience (Drizzle preferred). Cloud-native (AWS/Azure/GCP). Healthcare/regulated environment experience preferred.
