As part of the Digital Experience Content Hub team, you will lead the transformation of marketing technology, enhancing client connections through innovative strategies. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to drive results and foster teams that excel in delivering impactful solutions.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- At least 6 years of martech, CDP, CRM, data engineering, or marketing analytics experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration/Management preferred
- One or more Adobe certifications preferred
- Demonstrating success in Marketing Technology roles
- Managing successful CDP implementation and driving business growth
- Understanding customer profile segmentation and 360-degree customer views
- Exhibiting hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud Products
- Setting strategic direction and driving execution with cross-functional teams
- Managing projects through a successful lifecycle
- Translating business requirements into segmentation strategies
Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
