Job description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user technical support, system administration, and IT infrastructure support. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations., * Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and applications

  • Handle ticketing systems (ServiceNow / Zoho Desk) and ensure timely resolution
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS (10/11), Office 365, and enterprise applications
  • Manage user accounts, mailboxes, and access controls (Active Directory / Exchange)
  • Perform hardware installation, imaging, and upgrades for desktops/laptops
  • Set up and support dual monitors, docking stations, printers, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN/WAN), VPN, and VOIP issues
  • Provide remote support using tools like TeamViewer / LogMeIn
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
  • Support AV systems and conference room setups
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding of employees (IT setup)
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software issues

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and Exchange Server
  • Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Zoho Desk)
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting & installations
  • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
  • Familiarity with MDM tools (SOTI / Intune preferred)
  • Good understanding of AV systems and conferencing tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
