Lead Software Engineer

• Spearhead the design and implementation of front-end and back-end systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Provide technical mentorship to developers and quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers and architecture teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing procedures, and deployment protocols.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure consistent progress and smooth delivery of project milestones.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering leadership roles.
• Expert knowledge of Angular, Node.js, GraphQL, Typescript, SQL, and Java.
• Strong understanding of web security, including Akamai WAF and AWS cloud environments.
• Proven experience with automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide and mentor technical teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
