Japanese Bilingual Assistant ERP Manager

• Support ERP implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including requirements gathering, coordination, and stakeholder communication
• Assist with system configuration, customization, data migration, and integration activities (e.g., APIs, EDI)
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to support successful ERP deployment across U.S. locations
• Support end-user training by developing materials, conducting training sessions, and providing post-go-live support
• Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and minor enhancements in collaboration with vendors and IT teams
• Monitor system performance and support issue resolution to ensure stable operations
• Identify process improvement and system optimization opportunities to enhance business efficiency
• Maintain system documentation and support reporting and data analysis for business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support ongoing ERP and IT initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and system requirements

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Business English level required, Bilingual in Japanese Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or a related field.
• Overnight business travel required. Occasional off-hour work support required.
• 2 years + of experience with Microsoft ERP system or other relevant experience required.
• Experience supporting system upgrades and conducting user training is a plus
• Knowledgeable in Japanese foods and beverage
