Job description
The System Administrator for Emerald reports directly to the Senior Director IT Infrastructure & Support The System Administrator is responsible for deploying operating systems, security patches and applications to users end points.
This position will report to our Alpharetta, GA office.
Responsibilities
- Deploy Operating System to Laptops
- Manage Office365 and Azure Environment
- Deploy application, security patches, application patches, configuration changes, registry changes using RMM/MDM tools to End Points
- Ensuring that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls
- Participating in the change management process
- Daily administrative tasks, reporting and communication with the relevant departments in the organization
- Maintaining antivirus software across networks
- Performing regular security tests
- Scripting administrative tasks for atomization.
Requirements
- Working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows/MAC based environment
- Experience with Virtualization and Ofiice365 Products
- Experience with monitoring systems
- Experience with RMM/MDM software
- Solid PowerShell scripting skills
- Solid Networking knowledge
- Cloud experience, preferably Azure and AWS
- Solid Active Directory experience
- Experience with Patch Management. (Operating System and Application)
- Experience with anti-virus products (Carbon Black, MS defender, etc)
- Experience with endpoint detection/response platform (Rapid7, Crowdstrike, splunk,etc)
- Experience with mail filtering systems (Mimecast, Proofpoint, etc)
Benefits & conditions
Target Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000
Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate's qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
