Job description

As a Senior Network Engineer, you'll play a key role on a high-visibility, fast-paced program supporting multiple organizations from a centralized environment. You'll tackle complex challenges, influence network strategy, and mentor the next generation of engineers. Your responsibilities will include: Leading advanced network troubleshooting and problem resolution Analyzing and optimizing network performance, latency, and throughput Designing and implementing scalable, secure network architectures Working with technologies such as: Routing protocols & BGP Policy-based routing & traffic shaping IPSec tunneling & NAT Firewalls, load balancing, and WAN optimization Evaluating and integrating emerging networking technologies Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-driven solutions Mentoring junior engineers (Levels 0-2) and ensuring engineering excellence

Requirements

12-15 years of network engineering experience (or equivalent expertise) Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or 5 additional years of experience in lieu of degree) Strong experience in network design, optimization, and security CCNA and CCNP certifications required Proven ability to lead technical efforts and mentor teams
