Job description
We are looking for an SME-level SQL Developer with deep expertise in MS SQL Server 2022 and advanced T-SQL development. The role focuses on high-performance database optimization, high availability, and modernization of legacy systems for a mission-critical on-premise solution., * Design, develop, and optimize high-performance database objects
- Write efficient stored procedures, UDFs, and triggers
- Improve query performance and transaction handling
- Implement physical database design and storage optimization
- Work with SQL Profiler, Extended Events, Query Store
- Support high availability and reliability solutions
- Refactor legacy systems using modern SQL capabilities
- Manage database security (roles & permissions)
- Collaborate in Agile teams for full SDLC delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years in SQL Development
- Strong expertise in MS SQL Server (2022 preferred)
- Advanced T-SQL programming
- Performance tuning & query optimization
- Experience with High Availability setups
- Database security and access control
