Requirements

• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues with analytical precision.

• Proven expertise in networking, including switching, routing, and firewall configuration.

• Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service.
