suggest other products customer has ordered in the past in case they forgot to order
-recommend new items shown on specials flier
Customer Support
-help with returns, credits
-assist in product information, pricing
-process payments for orders via credit card machine
-create new customer profile and gather documents to create an account
-answer incoming emails, texts, phone calls
Order Verification
-verify accuracy of picked orders by warehouse or delivery and walk-ins
-verify inventory accuracy off crossed off items
Requirements
excellent followup
-bi-lingual English/Spanish
-msoffice - word, excel, outlook
-good written and verbal communication
-reliable, on-time
Benefits & conditions
Hours (apprx 34-40hr/week)
Monday-Thur 8-5p (sometimes start 5am)
Fri - 8-2p (alternate with coworker)
This job is not limited to the above. We work together as a team to get the job done in all areas of the company -- within reason
