Job description

Summary of Duties: Oversee the overall technical solutions in SHS global SAP EWM landscape that includes working with SHS IT global teams in finding solutions or providing recommendations on SAP EWM technical architecture. Design and configure solutions in SAP EWM and work with other functional teams/external vendors to ensure components work together to deliver quality, operational solutions that integrate seamlessly into the overall landscape. Lead complex business requirement discussions, perform fit gap analysis, and translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications. Further, he will be responsible to drive changes and enhancements through the change management process, including communication with stakeholders, users and developers, performing functional unit tests, coordinating user acceptance testing, cutover tasks and hyper care support. Responsible for reviewing and providing recommendations on the overall technology solutions, collaborating with business and project members in all the phases (understand the business requirements, perform feasibility analysis, provide effort estimations, create functional specifications and technical specifications, create test acceptance criteria's, coordinate the implementation with development team, perform testing, training, go-live support, and hyper-care.). Key liaison between business and IT service provider and ensure that the projects are delivered with quality, on-time, on-budget, and to the business satisfaction. Responsible for SAP interfaces to third party logistics partners and work with SHS IT security teams on compliance related topics. Responsible to design harmonized processes and best practice SAP implementations and key player in Global SHS transition to S/4 HANA. Responsible for driving technological innovations in SHS and perform Proof-of-concepts and presents to SHS IT and Business partners. 10 % domestic and international travel. Hybrid work permitted.

Requirements

Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Computer Information, or a related field and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Alternately will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Computer Information, or a related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Position requires experience with the following skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) architecture, configuration, and implementation. Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM (embedded and decentralized). Deep understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, internal movements, physical inventory). Experience integrating SAP EWM with ERP systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA). Skills in creating Blueprints, Functional Specs (FS), Technical Specs (TS), and data flow diagrams Experience working with ABAP developers to create custom reports, enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits), and EWM-specific developments. Understanding of RF Framework, POSC/LOSC, Warehouse Monitor, Labor Management. Artificial Intelligence, SAP Joule, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Fiori.
