Love troubleshooting SIP issues, analyzing packet captures, and working deep in Linux? This is not a help desk role.
We're hiring a Linux VoIP / SIP Support Engineer to support large-scale telecom platforms in a production environment. Ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex VoIP issues and digging into traces, logs, and network behavior.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot issues across Linux-based VoIP platforms
- Analyze SIP signaling, RTP flows, and packet captures
- Debug using Wireshark/tcpdump
- Apply patches, upgrades, and production fixes
- Work with engineering and customer teams on escalations
- Support maintenance windows and platform upgrades
What You Need
- 5+ years in Linux environments (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)
- Strong VoIP + SIP troubleshooting experience
- Wireshark / packet analysis expertise
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, routing)
- Strong Linux CLI skills
Nice to Have
- Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, SBCs
- Bash/Python scripting
- VMware
- Diameter protocol
- Cisco basics
