Job description

The Senior Analyst HR Systems & Processes is a strategic partner and subject matter expert in human resources systems and process improvement. This role focuses on evaluating, optimizing, and supporting HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, payroll interfaces) to enable operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. By working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, the analyst ensures technology and processes align with organizational goals and compliance standards., * Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Payroll) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HR technology initiatives.

  • Lead HR process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or system enhancements.
  • Translate complex HR needs into clear functional specifications for system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Maintain strong communication channels between HR stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
  • Support system upgrades, implementations, and integrations related to HR functions such as core HCM, recruiting, onboarding, performance, and time tracking.
  • Perform impact analyses for proposed changes in HR systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop documentation including process maps, functional specs, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing across the HR technology team.
  • Stay informed on trends in HR technology, compliance requirements, and Agile delivery practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with a strong focus on HR processes and technologies
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes (hire-to-retire) and their interdependencies
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, Agile environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Prior experience with system integrations, reporting, and production support, For remote and hybrid positions you will be required to provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection as well as a place in your home to work with limited disruption. You must have reliable connectivity from an internet service provider that is fiber, cable or DSL internet. Other necessary computer equipment, will be provided. You may be required to work in the office if you do not have an adequate home work environment and the required internet connection.

Base Salary Range $87,400.00 - $123,400.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
