IT Project Manager / Project Lead - ITPM 26-04934

• Assist in gathering and developing business requirements.
• Create comprehensive project plans and manage execution.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and with high quality.
• Provide regular status reporting, both written and verbal, to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams, management, and external vendors to support project execution.
• Maintain and manage project documentation, metrics, and reporting.
• Support portfolio/program planning activities and related deliverables.
• Perform other project-related duties as needed.

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Project Lead to oversee multiple IT projects within a healthcare-focused environment. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to timelines and quality standards., * Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in healthcare insurance IT environments.
• Experience in project planning, including effort estimation and resource allocation.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously., * Experience with Medicaid or healthcare delivery systems.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience working with tools such as:

• SharePoint
• MS Project
• Visio
• PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access

• Familiarity with risk management practices, including identifying triggers and mitigation strategies.
• Experience creating and maintaining project management artifacts and documentation., * Strong project management and organizational skills
