Data Manager I

The successful candidate will provide data management, client intake and client information tracking for individuals in an Outpatient setting. Tracks all client program fees and works directly with clients on collection. The Data Manager I will provide comprehensive administrative support, data entry and analysis of data, and customer service. Must have experience with checking eligibility of Medi-Cal (ASAM), medical billing, the ability to manage the update/discharge reports, handle all admission forms for multiple sites, input clients into the EHR (Electronic Health Record) system, as well as other duties as assigned.

AA or bachelor's degree or equivalent or 2-3 years of related experience working in data management and/or accounting, experience serving people with alcohol and/or drug addictions; medical service provision and billing experience required.
