Requirements

Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 (LTSC preferred) in enterprise environments

Mandatory experience with Microsoft Intune (device management, app deployment, policies)

Solid Active Directory experience including centrally managed profiles
-
Practical experience building and supporting Hybrid Azure AD Join environments
-
PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
-
Application packaging and enterprise software distribution experience
-
Experience with Windows OS patch testing, deployment, and compliance review
-
Exposure to high-uptime / factory or multi-shift environments preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
-
Re-image systems and install/configure applications
-
Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications
-
Support patching, imaging, and configuration standards
-
Handle high-priority incidents under time pressure
-
Coordinate with vendors for escalations and hardware replacements
-
Document incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow / Remedy
-
Maintain and update technical documentation; participate in meetings and reviews

Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for technical documentation and meeting notes

Excellent time management and prioritization skills, particularly in high-pressure support situations

Strong collaboration skills to work across infrastructure, security, imaging, and vendor teams

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
