Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 (LTSC preferred) in enterprise environments

  • Mandatory experience with Microsoft Intune (device management, app deployment, policies)

  • Solid Active Directory experience including centrally managed profiles

  • Practical experience building and supporting Hybrid Azure AD Join environments

  • PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting

  • Application packaging and enterprise software distribution experience

  • Experience with Windows OS patch testing, deployment, and compliance review

  • Exposure to high-uptime / factory or multi-shift environments preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals

  • Re-image systems and install/configure applications

  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications

  • Support patching, imaging, and configuration standards

  • Handle high-priority incidents under time pressure

  • Coordinate with vendors for escalations and hardware replacements

  • Document incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow / Remedy

  • Maintain and update technical documentation; participate in meetings and reviews

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for technical documentation and meeting notes

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, particularly in high-pressure support situations

  • Strong collaboration skills to work across infrastructure, security, imaging, and vendor teams

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
