Job description

Tired of IT roles where you just close tickets and nothing ever really changes?, We're looking for an IT Systems Administrator who doesn't just keep things running, but helps make them better, faster, and more secure every day.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for the systems that keep the business moving. You'll support day-to-day IT operations, but you'll also lead the projects that shape how we work in the future.

Think system upgrades, ERP and CRM improvements, infrastructure changes, security enhancements, and the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else possible.

What You'll Do

  • Keep systems stable, secure, and running smoothly
  • Support and improve ERP and CRM platforms
  • Lead IT projects from planning through execution
  • Manage tickets and solving real problems users rely on you for
  • Partner with vendors to strengthen security and performance
  • Deploy and manage devices through Microsoft Intune
  • Support network, server, VOIP, and infrastructure needs
  • Identify improvements and document solutions that last

What makes this role different

You'll work directly with the Vice President of Information Technology and play a key role in how systems evolve.

When something breaks, you fix it.

When something can be better, you improve it.

When a project matters to the business, you're in it from start to finish.

You'll have real ownership, real visibility, and the ability to directly impact how people across the company work every day.

Requirements

Do you have experience in VoIP?, Someone who can balance stability with progress:

  • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ERP, CRM systems and IT infrastructure and security
  • Knowledge of networking, servers, and endpoint management
  • Familiarity with Microsoft environments, Office 365, Intune, and modern device management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time, balancing support work with project work
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism
  • A mindset that focuses on improvement, not just maintenance
