Job description

The IT Coordinator supports the reliability, security, and effective day-to-day use of Tandem365 technology systems across the organization. This hands-on role works with a variety of applications, infrastructure, and end-user needs in a healthcare environment, providing a great opportunity to build practical technical skills while making a direct impact for staff and participants.

Success in this role requires curiosity, sound judgment, and strong collaboration. You'll prioritize and resolve a wide range of issues based on operational impact while helping keep systems reliable and secure. As you grow in the position, you'll take on greater ownership of systems and responsibilities based on your strengths, interests, and organizational needs., * Install, maintain, and repair computer, network, and phone systems; diagnose and resolve problems in a timely manner.

  • Provide responsive end-user support and coordinate outside technical support when needed.
  • Partner with IT solution vendors to implement and maintain IT strategies and solutions.
  • Support upgrades, installations, optimization, security, and configuration of Tandem365 systems and solutions.
  • Train and assist staff in the use of computers, printers, phones, and other IT hardware and software.
  • Create, update, disable, and remove user accounts and system access rights.
  • Assist with IT asset management, including purchasing, inventory, storage, and equipment retirement/disposal.
  • Implement and deploy new hardware and software.
  • Monitor network performance across LAN/WAN environments and identify factors affecting performance or outages.
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain network and computer system security.
  • Maintain hardware and operating systems; troubleshoot complex issues to restore service.
  • Support phone system changes (moves/adds/changes/upgrades) and maintain connectivity with phone and broadband carriers.
  • Participate in required staff meetings and in-service programs; perform duties aligned with Tandem365 mission, values, confidentiality standards, and Code of Conduct.
  • Assist with reports, documentation, and spreadsheets as requested; stay current on emerging technologies and products.
  • Participate in on-call coverage for critical system issues as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus additional coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (college degree preferred).
  • Three (3) years of IT experience required.
  • Three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and hardware maintenance preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle liability insurance, and reliable transportation required (travel to various facilities).
