Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Data Management practice in the UK and European markets.Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities by leveraging existing networks and industry expertise.Account Growth: Expand and deepen relationships with existing clients, driving additional revenue and cross-selling opportunities.Industry Engagement: Maintain a strong presence in industry forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.Partnerships & Alliances: Collaborate with technology partners and ecosystem players to enhance the firm's market position.Revenue & Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and growth objectives.Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate pipeline visibility, revenue forecasts, and market intelligence to senior leadership.Collaboration with Delivery Teams: Work closely with delivery and solutions teams to ensure successful client onboarding and

satisfaction.Key RequirementsExperience in Selling Data Management Services: Strong expertise in Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Engineering, Master Data Management (MDM), Cloud Data Platforms, and related services.Account Farming & Expansion: Demonstrated ability to nurture and grow existing enterprise accounts.New Logo Acquisition: Proven success in identifying and closing new client deals.Industry Network: Well-connected across multiple industries, including Insurance, Banking & Financial Services, and Healthcare & Life Sciences.Consultative Selling Approach: Ability to understand client challenges and position data management solutions effectively.Global Consulting Experience: Prior experience in a mid-to-large consulting firm or IT services company is highly desirable.Strong Leadership & Communication Skills: Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong focus on Data Management solutions.Experience in leading sales teams in the UK and European markets.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data management solutions.Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Technology, or related fields. #J-18808-Ljbffr
