What We're Looking ForStrong software engineering fundamentals and system design skillsExperience with Python or TypeScript, or ability to learn quicklyProven experience building and shipping complex software or AI productsComfortable working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layersConfident collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholdersSelf-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability
