Job description
The ERP Operations Manager is responsible for the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP System, management of security structure and system configuration, financial reporting on revenue, forecasting of pipeline and backlog, and oversight of the Deltek CRM. The ERP Operations Manager is responsible for ongoing staff training and creation of company-wide report writing, workflow and dashboards., * Overall responsibility for ERP System (Deltek Vantagepoint) and ancillary systems (Examples include Elevia's Forecast Edge, Elevia's Electronic Invoicing, Microsoft's Power BI), including maintaining security structure, roles, and system configuration, and software upgrades to future versions.
- Maintains the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Responsible for monthly reporting such as forecasting of project pipeline and backlog, promotional time by Client, revenue generation, and revenue detail.
- On a quarterly basis, provides sales, revenue, and proposal dashboards for quarterly Dashboard reporting.
- Responsible for testing preview environments in advance of software upgrades.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining Dashboards and Workflows.
- Provides Deltek training for new hires and ongoing staff training.
- Responsible for integrating Mergers & Acquisitions into Deltek environment.
- May perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Communication skills?, * Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Deltek experience required, with Vantagepoint experience preferred.
- Proficient in preparing various reports, identifying discrepancies in data and determining proper courses of action.
- Exercises good judgment, demonstrates sound decision-making skills and maintains confidentiality.
- Ability to work both in team and independent situations. Flexible and adaptable to changing situations in an evolving environment.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Responsive to client and employees' inquiries and ability to resolve problems.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in various accounting software systems and Microsoft Office.
- Performs in a disciplined and thoughtful manner within a team environment.
- Conducts oneself consistently in a positive and professional manner.
- Ability to multitask and establish priorities.
- Ability to maintain a high-performance level in a fast-paced, accountable environment.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent work experience.
Years of Experience: Typically, five plus years of progressive experience in project administration or project accounting. Background in an architectural, consulting engineering, interior design, or professional services firm is preferred.

The estimated starting salary pay range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000.
