Job description

We are seeking an IT Coordinator to support approximately 120 employees across our corporate office and property locations. This role is based in Englewood, NJ and requires periodic travel to sites in the Tri-State area, Florida, Georgia, and other expanding markets. When not traveling this position MUST report in office at the Englewood, NJ location. This role is a department of one and would be responsible for all tasks from start to finish., Daily IT Support

  • Provide day-to-day troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Respond promptly to employee questions and support needs.

Property Technology Support

  • Support access control, cameras, WiFi, and other building systems.
  • Travel to properties to install, maintain, or troubleshoot technology.

Vendor Coordination

  • Work with IT and telecom vendors for service, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Coordinate equipment installations and system updates.

System & Asset Management

  • Manage user accounts, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Track company hardware and maintain accurate inventory.
  • Assist with basic network, server, and cloud administration.

Technology Oversight & Innovation

  • Evaluate and report to COO all software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscriptions to support informed buy/use decisions by senior management.
  • Identify and collaborate with Senior personnel regarding new technologies to improve operations.
  • Evaluate and help implement AI-driven tools that increase efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance employee productivity.
  • Support the rollout of new systems that modernize property management and corporate processes.
  • Manage and inventory company Hardware.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Yardi?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 4+ years of IT support experience.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments.
  • Ability to travel regularly to company properties.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be Proficient with Microsoft 365

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Trade School
  • Basic knowledge of networking and cybersecurity.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and AI-based solutions.
