Job description

The Senior Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of distribution projects by partnering closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking schedules and budgets, coordinating logistics, and facilitating communication across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. The Senior Project Coordinator enables project execution by providing organizational, administrative, and reporting support but does not own project outcomes., * Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.

  • Manage and maintain project documentation and deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and organization across digital and physical systems.
  • Coordinate logistics for distribution activities, including site requirements, delivery schedules, and material flow to support project execution.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers regarding project requirements, timelines, materials, and delivery details.
  • Gather and validate required project information, including material specifications, shipping details, destinations, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates, including delays or constraints (e.g., capacity or material issues), and collaborate on solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of project and/or order milestones.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide timely, accurate updates through appropriate communication channels.

Managerial Responsibility:

  • No direct reports.

Travel/Shift Requirements:

  • Minimal travel, less than 10%.

Physical Demands:

  • Office work is primarily sedentary, requiring the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • May occasionally lift office supplies (up to 10 pounds) and move to meetings or access office machinery.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Education and Experience Required:

  • High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the telecom or distribution industry.
