- Utilize analysis skills to identify root causes of hardware failures or software malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and testing of computer hardware components through soldering or other technical procedures when necessary.
- Conduct field service visits to provide technical support, equipment repair, and maintenance for clients' IT infrastructure.
- Use various hand tools and schematics to troubleshoot electrical or hardware issues accurately.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding technical issues and solutions while maintaining a professional attitude during service calls.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Driving?, * Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
- Familiarity with mobile devices including Android and iOS platforms.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for equipment repair or assembly tasks.
- Strong analysis skills to diagnose technical problems efficiently.
- Experience or interest in soldering or working with schematics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for providing clear technical support in the field.
- Willingness to learn new technologies related to networking, software troubleshooting, and equipment repair.
