Job description

  • Providing onsite/remote end-user support including hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
  • Providing technical support to customers with server, pc, network, and software integration issues.
  • Maintain thorough documentation, records, and tickets in AutoTask ticketing system
  • Setting up and configuring individual network end-users
  • Researching new technology and implementing it or recommending its implementation
  • Assist with both internal and customer related projects as needed

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, We're looking for a results-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. You must be able to handle Windows client, Server, networking, and application-level support. You will assist remotely, by phone or in person. A minimum of two years of experience or equivalent education is required. You must be able to move into this position with ease., * Minimum of two years in a business IT environment or equivalent education.

  • Experience with Windows 7 (and up), Microsoft Server OS, Office 365 Administration
  • Professional troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with Remote Support
  • Experience running cables and termination
  • Dedication to continuing knowledge and advancing technical skill
  • Ability to own a problem and see it through to resolution
  • Excellent customer service, including oral and written communication skills
  • Clean DMV

Preferred:

  • Experience with LAN/WAN network technologies (i.e. prep and configuration of routers, switches, and configuring rules. Experience with site-to-site VPNs, DHCP, DNS, NAT. IP addressing and subnet masks is a plus)
  • Experience with macOS, Chrome OS is a plus
  • Experience with Active Directory, Domains, and Server Migrations
  • Prior MSP or multi-tenant system experience, * Onsite/Field tech installs: 1 year (Required)
  • Remote IT help desk: 1 year (Required)
