Information Technology Specialist

• Support and maintain computers, networks, POS systems, and equipment company-wide
• Work within and learn our ERP systems (Eagle, Epicor, POS)
• Troubleshoot issues and keep our teams up and running
• Manage Wi-Fi, security systems, and user access
• Travel between locations to provide hands-on support
