Job description

SAP BASIS Consultant 6 months, contract to hire (CTH) Hybrid - Lancaster, PA (1-2 days/week onsite preferred)

Requirements

Do you have experience in Virtualization?, Technical Skills: 5-10 years of BASIS Skills, Rev Track moving from Solution Manager to Cloud ALM (Or BTP experience is a big plus). Although they are saying 5 years, they need somebody Sr that can ideally come in and hit the ground running.

Cloud systems Using AWS but okay with Azure or AWS. Required Technical Skills (5+ years):

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis Administration
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA database administration
  • Experience with Linux systems (RHEL/SUSE) supporting SAP workloads
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
  • Knowledge of automation and infrastructure-as-code tools (Itential, etc.)
  • Experience with SAP system lifecycle management (installation, upgrade, migration, decommissioning)
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and cloud integrations
  • Strong understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and system resiliency architectures
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Solution Manager or Cloud ALM)
  • Understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization concepts
