Job description
- Lead end-to-end advanced analytics, ranging from foundational statistics to complex modeling initiatives
- Strategic internal and external methodological consultation to achieve client business objectives
- Collaborate on primary research design and implementation
- Convert high-dimensional data into client-friendly narratives (reports, simulators) in partnership with internal teams
- Partner with the Data Sciences team to elevate departmental experience & capabilities
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Forward-thinking role with the ability to analyze and translate complex behavioral, attitudinal and psychological data into clear results and actionable insights. We are looking for an autonomous, curious professional with a growth mindset who is passionate about solving human problems through data., * Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in applied data science with a proven track record of delivering complex modeling projects
- Education: Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Psychology or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in a statistical programming language (e.g., SAS, R, Python)
- Communication: Excellent ability to explain complex quantitative findings for non-technical stakeholders, both written and verbal
- Execution: Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Mindset: A creative approach to problem-solving and a desire to understand the "why" behind the data
