Job description

  • Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, servers, firewalls, and cloud services (Microsoft 365 / Azure)
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and handheld terminal (HHT) devices
  • Maintain IT security systems, including hands-on management of EDR/Anti-Virus solutions
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments
  • Coordinate with external vendors and support IT asset management and inventory
  • Ensure system backups and compliance with global IT standards and policies
  • Support ERP, warehouse, production, and shop-floor systems

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAP ERP?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

  • Experience working in manufacturing or industrial IT environments
  • 10-12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support

Strong knowledge of:

  • Windows Server & Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365 & Azure
  • Networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs)
  • Firewalls and endpoint security solutions (EDR/Anti-Virus)
  • Experience supporting ERP systems (SAP must have)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a plant environment while coordinating with global IT teams, * How many years of hands-on experience with IT infrastructure in a manufacturing setting do you have?

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
