Job description

We are seeking a Power Platform and Automation Solutions Consultant who will bring a strong blend of Apps development, data design, and knowledge management expertise. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable mapping and understanding business processes and designing Power Apps and data models to digitize those processes. You will partner closely with DoW clients to design intuitive solutions, automate inefficient workflows, structure knowledge systems, and enhance collaboration. If you enjoy consulting, problem-solving, rapid prototyping, and translating business needs into scalable digital solutions - this role is for you. Development & Automation Build scalable and user-friendly solutions to replace manual or outdated processes. Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate including multi-step workflows, integrations, and approval processes. Develop, enhance, and manage data structures in Microsoft SharePoint Process Improvement & Solution Consulting Partner with stakeholders to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend automation or redesign opportunities. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and end-to-end solution designs. Work across multiple projects simultaneously in a consulting-style environment. Provide strategic input on digital modernization, automation potential, and best practices. Knowledge Management & Collaboration Solutions Develop intuitive, searchable knowledge systems that improve employee access to information. Provide training, documentation, and support to maximize adoption and value. Requirements

Bachelor's degree, an additional FOUR (4) years or more of relevant experience may be used in lieu of bachelor's degree FOUR (4) years of professional experience including ONE (1) year of building solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate (advanced flows) or Power BI (data modeling + reports) What Would Be Nice To Have: CompTIA Security+ certification Coding proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Background in knowledge management or collaboration systems Experience with data modeling and data management. Strong client-facing communication and consulting skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, user-friendly solutions

Benefits & conditions

The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
