Data Analyst

• Data Storytelling: Interpret large datasets to show adoption rates and feature performance (e.g., identifying when user interaction drops by 60%).
• Dashboard Development: Build and maintain business-facing dashboards using Power BI and Quantum Metric.
• Observability: Track and present "targets vs. actuals" regarding cost savings and system progress.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Present findings internally and occasionally to C-level executives.

Technical Requirements:

• Tools: Power BI, Quantum Metric, Dynatrace.
• Databases: Redshift (UDH), PostgreSQL, DynamoDB.
