Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant

• Manage and support IAM/IGA solutions across the enterprise
• Implement and maintain access controls and governance processes
• Collaborate with security, audit, and compliance teams
• Develop and document SOPs and security processes
• Support audit readiness and remediation activities
• Work with cloud IAM frameworks (AWS/Azure)

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Consultant with strong expertise in Identity Governance, Access Management, and security controls. This is a hands-on role requiring experience with enterprise IAM tools, audit processes, and cloud environments. Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of IAM / IGA principles

• Minimum 4+ years of experience with:

• SailPoint

• Active Directory

• Solid knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM)

• Experience with CyberArk is a big plus

• Hands-on experience with Cloud IAM controls:

• AWS and/or Azure

• Experience in:

• Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Writing control narratives

• Supporting and executing audit tasks, * Strong communicator with experience working in regulated environments

• Detail-oriented with audit and compliance exposure

• Local to Minnesota with recent local project experience

• Comfortable working in a hybrid/on-site model
