Position Overview: The Studio Administrator will serve as the central hub of our operations, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, wedding professionals, and event logistics. This role requires a highly organized, personable professional who thrives in both administrative and client-facing responsibilities. You'll represent MBD Studios to prospective couples, manage day-to-day operations, and support our team directly in delivering flawless wedding services., · Nurture leads into bookings through emails, calls, and virtual consultations.
· Coordinate with staff to ensure weekend gigs are scheduled and prepared.
· Answer client questions and act as the liaison between staff, venues, and clients.
· Oversee scheduling, task organization, and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Zoom?, · Strong interpersonal skills; personable and professional demeanor.
· Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
· Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Zoom, scheduling tools).
· Ability to respond to clients quickly and outside standard business hours.
Compensation & Requirements
· $17 - $25hr; must commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week at a set time each day.
· Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access.
· Flexibility to respond to leads and client needs outside of standard business hours.
