Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Dynamics 365 Lead to spearhead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-level customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. This pivotal role requires an energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a deep understanding of system architecture, and is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies to optimize business processes. As a key driver of digital transformation initiatives, the Dynamics 365 Lead will collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency., * Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical standards.

  • Develop comprehensive solution architectures incorporating service-oriented architecture principles, microservices, and system design best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and oversee implementation using Agile methodologies.
  • Manage system integration efforts utilizing APIs, RESTful services, and other middleware to connect Dynamics 365 with existing IT infrastructure including AWS, Azure, VMware, and other cloud platforms.
  • Oversee system administration tasks such as user management, security configurations, RAID controller setup, load balancing, firewall management, VPN setup, and operating system maintenance across Windows and Linux environments.
  • Ensure data integrity and security through robust information security practices involving firewalls, VPNs, DNS management, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, scripting (Bash, Shell Scripting), and automation tools to streamline deployment processes.
  • Monitor system performance using load balancing techniques and system engineering principles; troubleshoot issues related to MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle databases, or NoSQL solutions like Cassandra or MongoDB.
  • Maintain documentation for system architecture diagrams, SDLC processes, disaster recovery plans, and operational procedures.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Linux?, * Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform including customization and configuration.

  • Strong knowledge of solution architecture principles within a service-oriented architecture environment.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, T-SQL, PL/SQL; familiarity with RESTful API development.
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies like VMware ESXi and Azure Virtual Machines; expertise in container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components including RAID controllers, DHCP/DNS management, load balancing strategies, firewalls, VPNs, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
  • Familiarity with database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle; experience optimizing database performance for enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools including Jenkins, Git repositories; experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment cycles.
  • Strong grasp of computer networking concepts like TCP/IP protocols; expertise in system security measures including firewalls and information security protocols.
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks; ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable solutions aligned with SDLC best practices.
