Senior Full-Stack App Developer

turn is building a connected ecosystem that bridges our physical products to digital experiences through NFC and dynamic QR technology. We're creating a unified rewards system that ties every scan, tap, and purchase into a seamless journey for the customer.

We're looking for a developer who treats perfection as standard operating procedure, someone who breaks things before the customer ever can. Every version released must be fully tested, fully reviewed, and fully functional. The customer journey isn't a checkpoint, it's the mission.

This is a demanding role that requires deep technical ability, precision, and endurance. You'll own every line of code, every interaction, and every experience the customer has. You'll be held accountable for ensuring that every touchpoint works exactly as intended, every time.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain an NFC + dynamic QR integrated rewards app that connects physical products to digital user experiences.
• Map, test, and verify customer journeys from start to finish, across all devices, systems, and update cycles.
• Manage and track the lifecycle of thousands of QR codes and NFC tags linked to live inventory and user data.
• Ensure 100% QC before any app update or feature push, zero bugs, zero excuses.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to translate brand and user-experience ideas into clear, technical executions.
• Build and lead a development team (domestic and international) as the platform scales.
• Recruit, train, and manage supporting developers; write job descriptions and establish code standards.
• Implement continuous improvement systems for testing, security, and performance optimization.

Do you have experience in Version control?, * React / Next.js / Vercel

• React Native, Swift, or Flutter
• TypeScript / SQL
• Shopify (Headless Shopify, Shopify App Development)
• App Design & Development Lifecycle
• GitHub / Monday.com / Agile Project Management
• Code Review & Version Control
• Team Management & Technical Leadership
• API Integrations, NFC, QR Systems, and Backend Logic Mapping

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Firebase, AWS, or Supabase
• Experience designing loyalty, rewards, or collectible systems
• Automated QA / regression testing setup and management
• UI/UX fluency, you understand how design and engineering shape experience
• Security-first coding mindset
