AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer / AI Engineer to design, build, and embed AI-driven solutions across the product development lifecycle (PDLC). This role requires a blend of hands-on technical execution, AI strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business value while maintaining quality, security, and compliance standards.

You will work closely with engineering, product, DevOps, QA, security, and leadership teams to operationalize AI capabilities and drive enterprise-wide adoption., * Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing systems and workflows.

• Define and execute a phased roadmap for AI adoption across the PDLC aligned with business objectives.
• Embed directly with engineering and product teams to coach through hands-on application of AI in real-world scenarios.
• Redesign workflows to fully leverage AI capabilities rather than simply automating existing processes.
• Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate AI value and accelerate adoption.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing toolchains, including IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and monitoring platforms.
• Define and operationalize AI standards, patterns, and best practices, including:
• Usage guidelines
• Prompt conventions
• Reference architectures
• Reusable templates
• Design and deliver enablement programs such as playbooks, training materials, workshops, and hands-on coaching.
• Partner with DevOps, security, and compliance teams to ensure AI solutions meet governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including influencing senior leadership through visible outcomes and metrics.

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, * Strong experience developing and integrating AI/ML solutions into enterprise environments.

• Proficiency with modern AI frameworks, APIs, and platforms (cloud-based or open-source).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and production monitoring.
• Ability to rapidly prototype AI solutions and transition them into scalable, production-ready systems.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Proven ability to bridge product, engineering, DevOps, security, and compliance teams.
• Strong communication and change leadership skills with the ability to influence executives and technical teams alike.
• Hands-on coaching mindset with experience working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, product managers, and QA.
