Junior DevOps Engineer

You will work from or our office in Veenendaal, the Netherlands or our headquarters in Maldegem, Belgium., * Actively participate in DevOps projects as part of an international DevOps & SecOps team

• Execute tasks that support infrastructure, deployment, and automation
• Take responsibility for the quality of assigned solutions, including cost awareness
• Work closely with architects and system engineers to support scalable infrastructure
• Implement and follow established security best practices
• Troubleshoot technical issues in a structured and efficient manner

Technical Skill Set

A Junior DevOps Engineer is expected to have foundational knowledge and growing hands-on experience in:

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Deploying applications in Azure environments
• Working with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform / Bicep)

CI/CD & Automation

• Working with existing CI/CD pipelines
• Applying automation and standardization where defined

Containers & Platforms

• Containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
• Azure Stack environments

Scripting, Data & Configuration

• Scripting: PowerShell, Bash
• Configuration: YAML
• Databases: SQL

Monitoring & Security

• Monitoring and scalability of applications
• Applying security best practices (e.g. SOC2, ISO)
