Senior Data Quality Consultant

We are looking for a Senior data quality consultant who can lead data quality initiatives end-to-end, from strategy through adoption, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will play a key role in shaping data quality strategies, driving implementation and ensuring adoption across both business and technical teams at our clients.

This role requires a strong balance between hands-on data expertise, stakeholder leadership and consultancy maturity. You will guide clients in embedding data quality into their data platforms, processes and organizational way of working.

Client delivery:

• Lead data quality engagements from assessment to implementation and adoption
• Act as the main point of contact for clients on data quality topics
• Translate business challenges into structured data quality initiatives
• Manage scope, priorities and delivery in collaboration with client stakeholders
• Align with the client on architecture and support them in decisions on needed infrastructure Implementation
• Design and oversee implementation of data quality rules, controls and monitoring
• Ensure data quality is embedded in data pipelines and lifecycle processes
• Provide hands-on support where needed (SQL, tooling setup) Stakeholder management & change
• Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption
• Drive data quality culture and awareness within client organisations

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Do you have 5 to 8+ years of experience in supporting data (quality) initiatives And acting as a trusted data advisor at our clients? And the prospect of helping to grow a company that believes in together creating an impact with qualitative data at our customers sounds good?, * 5-8+ years of experience in data-related roles (data quality, data governance, data engineering, data management)

• Proven experience leading data quality initiatives in client-facing environments
• Experience working across business and technical domains
• Experience with data quality tooling (e.g. Collibra, Soda, Great Expectations) and familiarity with data governance tooling
• Ability to guide implementation without needing to be the primary developer
• Strong stakeholder management skills, strong communication skills
• Able to balance strategy with execution.
