Job description
As an IT Project Management Working Student, you support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects. You contribute to project structure, documentation, and communication, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and with clarity.
You act as a reliable support to the IT team while taking ownership of smaller projects independently., You arrive at the office in Nuremberg and start your day by reviewing updates across ongoing IT projects. You collect inputs from different workstreams and update project status reports, ensuring transparency on timelines, risks, and dependencies.
You support the preparation of materials for an upcoming project meeting, structuring slides and aligning information from multiple stakeholders. During the day, you update documentation in Confluence to ensure project information remains accurate and accessible.
In the afternoon, you follow up on open action items, help track risks, and support ad-hoc requests from the IT team. You also spend time managing a smaller project independently, ensuring tasks are progressing and stakeholders are informed.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, * Currently enrolled student in a science-related field, management, or business administration, ideally with a focus on technology
- Minimum of two years remaining in your academic program
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to taking ownership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Based in Nuremberg (or surrounding area) with the ability to be in the office some days per week

- Initial experience supporting project management or similar office-based roles
- Interest in IT technologies and project environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence or project documentation systems
- German or additional languages
