The Technical Services Team continuously monitors and manages utility systems ensuring they meet the specifications of the end user. When there are degradations to these systems that impact safety or production, the Operations Team will be the first line of defense to make time-critical adjustments. What You'll Do

  • Provide day to day support of operational issues on site
  • Assist/lead in troubleshooting of system operational issues
  • Complete monthly system operational cost analysis
  • Analyze data to predict utility usage
  • Review trends, analyze data, and monitor equipment/systems to identify trends and ensure they are running within specifications
  • Responsible for monitoring current system demands and capacity concerns
  • Investigate ways to reduce the cost of operations or improvement projects
  • Create & modify standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Develop projects based on operational need and/or energy & cost conservation
  • Perform cost/benefit analysis and engineering recommendation / justification
  • Assist with coordinating installation and commissioning
  • Train facilities personnel on new system and proper operations
  • Understand and apply Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) concepts and root cause failure analysis to open-ended problems
  • Create and track countermeasures to completion
  • Coordinate with Environmental team for any compliance issues

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project management?, * 4+ years of experience

  • Intermediate knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and systems including pumps, pneumatics, fans, flow meters, air handling systems, industrial chilled water, heating, process piping, rotating equipment, vibration analysis, and heat transfer is a benefit
  • Commissioning Experience: Prior experience in commissioning HVAC systems and related equipment is preferred.
  • Clean Room Experience: Experience with clean rooms in manufacturing environments, such as battery, pharmaceutical, or food & beverage industries, is highly desirable
  • Strong troubleshooting background and issue resolution
  • Strong data and system analysis
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Intermediate project management skills
  • Very good German skills desired
