IT Operation Specialist ArianeGroup

• Monitor servers and systems, analyze performance data and errors, identify improvement opportunities, and plan upgrades to ensure stability and efficiency
• Lead IT technicians and subcontractors, manage schedules and workloads, handle escalations, and assess departmental needs and priorities
• Develop IT policies, procedures, SLAs/OLAs, and documentation; negotiate and manage vendor contracts based on business needs and budget
• Oversee Active Directory, Windows Server operations, licensing compliance, networking basics, Ping Federate, and security configurations
• Design, implement, and maintain virtualization, Citrix environments, backup & disaster recovery, as well as WSUS/Trellix updates and system upgrades

Do you have experience in Microsoft Windows Server?, * Completed studies in the field of Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or IT System Electronics

• Proficiency in Active Directory, Windows Server, MS-SQL, Virtualization, NetApp and Q-SAN
• Very good knowledge of using MS Office, MS Project and SQL
• Fluent in German and proficient English
