Job description
We are looking for a proactive Azure Cloud Engineer to join our Corporate IT team and support our Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS - G6 technology). You will design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud applications on Microsoft Azure, manage Kubernetes clusters, configure Nginx, and build robust CI/CD pipelines. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and working in a dynamic, international environment. What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for production workloads.
- Configure and maintain Nginx for load balancing, reverse proxy, and secure traffic.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with Grafana or ELK stack.
- Apply cloud security best practices, including IAM, RBAC, network security, and SSL/TLS.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues to ensure uptime.
- Optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.

Requirements
- Strong experience in Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Networking, Storage, IAM) and .NET.
- Proven Kubernetes administration and management skills.
- Advanced Nginx configuration and optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like Grafana or ELK.
- Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Knowledge of cloud networking, firewalls, RBAC, SSL/TLS.
Nice to Have:
- Azure or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD).
- Experience with Spring Boot / Java (J2EE, JBoss).
- Familiarity with Git repositories, API gateways, or service meshes (Istio, Linkerd).
- Awareness of DevSecOps, cloud cost optimization, and LIMS systems.
