The Infrastructure & Deployment Manager acts as both Product Owner and SRE Manager, leading the design, delivery and continuous improvement of infrastructure and deployment platforms supporting industrial software solutions. The role is accountable for defining the product vision, roadmap and priorities for infrastructure services, while ensuring system reliability, scalability and operational excellence. It combines product ownership responsibilities with technical leadership of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams, ensuring alignment between business needs, platform capabilities and operational performance across multiple regions.
The role operates at the intersection of Product, Engineering and Operations, requiring frequent interaction with internal stakeholders including Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Security and IT leadership. It translates business needs into technical requirements and communicates infrastructure strategy, priorities and performance to both technical and non-technical audiences. The position requires strong coordination across distributed teams and regions, as well as alignment with senior stakeholders. It may also involve interactions with external vendors, partners and service providers.
The role operates in a complex, multi-product and distributed environment, combining product leadership with technical and operational responsibilities. It drives innovation by improving infrastructure platforms, deployment models and product management practices. The position requires balancing competing priorities between business value, system reliability, scalability and cost. It involves leading continuous improvement initiatives, adopting DevOps and SRE practices, agile development methodology and implementing scalable, future-proof solutions across regions
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, SRE or software engineering roles.
- Proven experience as Product Owner or in a product-oriented environment (roadmap, backlog, prioritization).
- Strong experience in managing technical and distributed teams.
- Solid background in Security & IT infrastructure, industrial system architecture and deployment practices.
- Experience in large-scale or industrial software environments is a plus.
Technical Skills
